In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. This will take about 2-3 minutes with an electric mixer.
Add in the vanilla and almond extracts, mixing until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the butter-sugar mixture, mixing on low speed until just combined.
Slowly pour in the sweetened condensed milk, mixing until the dough is smooth and uniform.
Fold in the white chocolate chips and half of the festive sprinkles to ensure even distribution.
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly with a spatula.
Sprinkle the remaining festive sprinkles on top for an added pop of color and fun.
Refrigerate the fudge for at least 3 hours or until set firmly.
Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into squares or rectangles for serving.
Notes
Arrange the fudge squares on a decorative plate and garnish with a few extra sprinkles on top. For added flair, place each square in colorful cupcake liners.
