Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.
In a separate bowl, stir the caramel sauce and sea salt together until combined. You can adjust the salt to taste, depending on how salty you want the dip.
In a serving dish, layer the cream cheese mixture on the bottom, spreading it out evenly.
Pour the salted caramel sauce over the cream cheese layer, spreading it out so it covers all the cream cheese.
If desired, sprinkle crushed pecans or walnuts and mini chocolate chips on top of the caramel layer for extra texture and flavor.
