Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly incorporated.
Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are browned and cooked through.
While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through.
Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and gently place them in the marinara sauce to coat them lightly.
Serve the meatballs hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves for a burst of flavor.

For a lighter option, substitute ground beef with ground turkey.
