Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
In a separate large glass, fill it with ice cubes, then pour in the cold brew coffee.
Add the milk of your choice to the glass with cold brew and stir gently to combine.
Carefully spoon the pumpkin mixture over the Cold Brew, allowing it to float slightly on top for a lovely layered effect.
If desired, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice for extra flavor and visual appeal.
Serve immediately, and stir before drinking to mix in the pumpkin cream.
Notes
Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of maple syrup.
