honey

Instructions
In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
Add the sliced chicken sausage and sauté for about 5 minutes until browned.
Toss in the chopped onion and sliced bell pepper, and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the garlic to become fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Pour the honey mixture over the skillet and toss everything together to coat evenly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, cooking for another 2-3 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken slightly.
Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Adjust the red pepper flakes according to your spice preference.
