Begin by shucking the corn and removing the kernels from the cobs; set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
Once melted, add the honey to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for about 1 minute until bubbly, being careful not to let it burn.
Add the fresh corn kernels and stir well to coat them in the honey butter mixture.
Sprinkle in the garlic powder and smoked paprika. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is tender and slightly caramelized.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove the skillet from heat and transfer the corn to a serving dish.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or chives for a pop of freshness and color.
