Ingredients
1
package
refrigerated pizza dough
4
tablespoons
unsalted butter, melted
4
cloves
garlic, minced
1/2
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
1
tablespoon
fresh parsley, chopped
1
teaspoon
dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the refrigerated pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
Cut the dough into strips approximately 1 inch wide and 6 inches long.
Take each strip and tie it into a knot; tuck the ends underneath to secure the knot. Place the knots on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs. Mix well.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each knot, ensuring they are well coated.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the knots, followed by the chopped parsley for a pop of color.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Once baked, remove from the oven and drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the knots.
Notes
Serve warm on a wooden platter with marinara sauce for dipping.
