In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Place the coated wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd. Depending on your air fryer size, you may need to cook them in batches.
Cook the wings for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
Once the wings are done, remove them from the air fryer and immediately toss them in a large bowl with the grated Parmesan, lemon zest, lemon juice, and chopped parsley until well coated.
Plate the wings on a serving platter and garnish with additional parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
