While the chicken is cooking, warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until pliable.
To assemble the tacos, place a generous amount of buffalo chicken onto each tortilla.
Top the chicken with shredded lettuce, crumbled blue cheese, diced tomatoes, green onions, and avocado slices.
Drizzle ranch dressing over the top if using, and then fold the tortillas over to create your tacos.
