2cupsbell peppers (red, green, and yellow), sliced
1mediumonion, sliced
2cupsfresh snap peas
3clovesgarlic, minced
1inchginger, grated
0.25cupsoy sauce
2tablespoonshoisin sauce
1tablespoonsesame oil
1tablespoonvegetable oil
1teaspoonblack pepper
0.25cupgreen onions, chopped (for garnish)
1tablespoonsesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, black pepper, and minced garlic. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes to enhance the flavor.
Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil, ensuring it is evenly coated.
Once the oil is hot, add the marinated flank steak to the griddle. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the steak is browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the griddle and set aside.
In the same griddle, add sesame oil, and toss in the sliced bell peppers, onion, and snap peas. Stir-fry for about 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Return the cooked flank steak to the griddle with the vegetables. Add the grated ginger and stir everything together, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes for the flavors to meld.
Remove from heat, and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the steak marinate longer if time allows.
