brown sugar
1

1
tablespoon
butter, melted
1

for egg wash

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix until the apples are well coated in the sugary mixture.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles as per the instructions on the package.
Place a spoonful of the apple mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
Roll the crescent from the wide end to the narrow end, ensuring the apple filling is tucked inside. Pinch the ends to seal.
Arrange the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the melted butter and the beaten egg for a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the crescent bites are puffed and golden brown.
Once baked, allow them to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
Dust with powdered sugar for an extra touch.
